Terms
1)
All price are subject to change. GST and 15% Service Charge is not included in prices and will
be added to your invoice. Prices are delivered to your door with disposable service
ware. Specific venue catering prices may vary by location. Please contact them for details.
2)
We reserve the right to request a Deposit. Should a deposit be required
it will be non-rufundable within 7 days of your event.
3)
All payments are due the day of the event or prior to it without
exception. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Checks (75.00 NSF Fee).
4) Additional charges may apply for dishware, linens and staffing depending on location (ie. stairs, staff are required by faciltiy).
5) All food remains the property of Rushton's Catering.

We will do everthing possible to ensure that you receive the best
service possible. We cannot be responsible for for late changes or for
ommisions in your order.
7)
We can provide staff for Liquor service at the rate of 22.00 per hour
plus GST. The minimum charge is 4 hours per staff person.
8) Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the full amount of your invoice is due and payable.
9) A 15% staff service charge is added to all invoices.
10) Minimum orders may apply or a surcharge may apply.
11) Mileage is charged at .75 per kilometer each way per vehicle per trip for out of town events.
